Commercial Low-Voltage Contractor

Every System Your Building Runs On.
One Team To Install It.

Logic LC is a commercial low-voltage contractor based in Essington, serving Philadelphia and the surrounding region. We design, install and support the cabling, network, security and communications systems your business depends on, so one partner owns the work from the internet connection to every device.

Planned As One System, Not Four Separate Jobs.

One Plan,
Fewer Handoffs

When cabling, networking and security come from different vendors, schedules slip and problems fall between contracts. We plan your low-voltage scope as one system, so cable pathways are sized for the network, cameras and doors sit where the network can reach them, and your team has one point of contact from walkthrough to handover.

What that means for your project:

Everything We Install

From The Internet Connection
To Every Device.

Low voltage covers more than most people expect: structured cabling and fiber, network closets and business Wi-Fi, security cameras, access control, intrusion alarms and business phones. Logic LC installs and supports all of it.

Because one team plans the whole scope, cable pathways are sized for everything that will use them, and nothing is left sitting between two contractors’ proposals.

How A Project Runs

Assessment, Scope,
Install, Handover.

Every project starts with an on-site assessment. We document what is already there with photographs, measurements, cable paths and equipment details, then turn it into a written scope and proposal that spells out the labor, materials, testing and documentation included.

During installation you have one point of contact, and anything outside the approved scope is raised before any additional billable work. At handover, cables are labeled at both ends and you get the test results and closeout records your scope includes. Then we stay on for support.

Frequently asked questions

What does a commercial low-voltage contractor do?

A low-voltage contractor installs the systems that run on low-voltage power and data: structured cabling, networks and Wi-Fi, security cameras, access control, alarms and business phones. Logic LC handles all of these, so they are planned and installed as one system.

Yes. We work alongside general contractors, property managers and tenants on ground-up builds and fit-outs, planning pathways and cable counts early so the low-voltage scope is ready when the space opens.

We are based in Essington, PA and serve Philadelphia and Delaware, Montgomery, Chester and Bucks counties, plus South Jersey and northern Delaware. Security camera and access control projects are also available nationwide.

Yes. We start with a walkthrough of your existing cabling, network and security equipment, keep what is still sound and plan upgrades around it, so you only replace what needs replacing.
